We understand that pushing your business from €10k to €100k monthly revenue requires the founders to change their mindset. As entrepreneurs we often get in our own way, which has a knock-on effect on our companies (the thing we have been pouring our time, our money and our emotions into).

Along the way you might get stuck or feel that it has become harder to grow to the next point. We work with founders to get unstuck and who need a clear plan and path to grow to the next stage.

To achieve this, we need to thoroughly understand your business's DNA. We need to work through each component to get clarity on which parts of the business need to be pulled back on vs doubled down on.

We build your growth plan. Our core service is to build your growth plan by working with you to understand the business, the current context and what your future vision is.

📊 Financial model: we take your finances in whichever condition they are currently in and we build a VC-friendly financial model

🏋🏽‍♀️ GTM and sales strategy: a breakdown of your sales plan and how you will reach the projected revenue targets

🎯Key metrics: depending on your business model, the finances and the GTM strategy, we create a summary of the key metrics that form the key indicators of your businesses financial life line

📖 Create a Playbook for your business: a 12 month plan with timeline and metrics

📑 Additional docs: impact thesis, market analysis, investment trends.

<aside> 📝 We spend 3 months working with you to:

1. Map out the business from a macroview and then zoom into each part. Understand the business model
2. Stress test each part and assess how much time/money is need to generate revenue
3. Pull back on the parts of the business that are extractive and push on good revenue generators
4. Get clear on the kind of business you are building
5. Explore the unknowns
6. Create a 6-12 month plan with a 3-5 year vision
7. Build the docs needed for the plan: financial model, growth strategy, timeline and targets. </aside>

We are an impact investment office located in Madrid, Spain, dedicated to assisting European and African startups in securing investment. Our focus lies in supporting companies seeking to raise funds ranging from €500k to €5m, with our optimal range being between €1m and €2m.**

The companies that we work with in the Studio to raise investment, are invariably the ones we will invest in when our fund is active. We are currently in the process of establishing our first fund (€25m dedicated to biodiversity and decarbonisation initiatives).
