One of the main outputs of the work that we do it is build your dataroom. This is a online platform that stores all your company’s documents in an organised structure that makes it easier for investors to do their due diligence.
Below is a template for a dataroom, it is pretty exhaustive as it covers more than what is generally needed. Depending on your company’s stage and industry we will use this as a starting point to building your dataroom.
